Arrange a 3-way call/meeting/zoom with the prospective agent, yourself, and your sponsor or someone in your upline who can help answer questions about eXp. Find out what the agent’s goals are, and talk about how eXp can help them achieve their goals. If they decide to join eXp, send them the join link, discuss the ICA as this is where they name their sponsor, as it can’t be changed once signed, and help guide them through the onboarding process and beyond. Be a good tour guide of eXp’s tools/resources/support for the agent.
Go to https://my.exprealty.com/ Sign in On the Home Tab, scroll down to ‘My Upline Partners’ This will display your direct sponsor, their sponsor, and so on – 7 levels It shows name, email and phone number
